AFM Shiloh is a Christian organization. The AFM commissioned OCMQS to provide Quantity Surveying Services for the construction of the Church and Conference centre in Harare which was worth approximately USD 5.5 million. OCMQS’ mandate was to prepare budgetary estimates and prepare material schedules.
