Alliance Insurance’s expansion required a bigger Head Office. OCMQS was commissioned to provide all Quantity Surveying Services for the Construction of the Harare Head Office, worth approximately USD5 million. OCMQS’ mandate on the project included the provision of preliminary budgets, tender documentation, evaluations and recommendations, material scheduling and final account settlement.
