NETONE a leading telecommunications provider required to redevelop their pavilion at the Trade Fair grounds in Bulawayo. The project involved demolition of an existing building and construction of new three story building. NetOne commissioned OCMQS to provide Cost Management Services. The commission encompassed the provision of pre and post Contract Cost Control Services. The project was delivered within budget.
